Work Station Is in Keroka,Kisii. Salary expectation (11k-13k) retainer, plus commissions on each phone sold to be agreed upon. Most preferably people with previous experience in sales of phones and accessories.

Job descriptions & requirements

  1. Product Knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of various mobile phone brands, models, features, and specifications to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  2. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, customer demands, and market gaps that can be targeted with specific mobile phone products.
  3. Target Achievement: Setting and achieving sales targets as defined by the company's sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Customer Engagement: Interacting with potential customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about available mobile phones and accessories.
  5. Demonstrations and Presentations: Conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of different mobile phone models.
  6. Sales Closure: Identifying customer needs and preferences, recommending suitable mobile phones, negotiating prices, and closing sales deals.
  7. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  8. Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  9. Promotions and Campaigns: Assisting in planning and executing marketing promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  10. Retail Store Support: Collaborating with retail stores and mobile phone dealers to  ensure proper product placement and adequate stock levels.
  11. Digital Marketing: Leveraging digital marketing platforms, such as social media,email marketing, and online ads, to reach a broader audience and engage with potential customers.
  12. Training and Product Knowledge Sharing: Providing training and product knowledge sessions to retail staff to improve their ability to sell mobile phones effectively.
  13. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing regular sales reports and analyzing sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Any other duty as may be directed by your immediate supervisor.
