A dairy farm and milk processing Plant located in Eldoret - Boundary Centre, is committed to delivering high-quality processed dairy products across Kenya. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in the following position:
Sales Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Oversee route-to-market sales operations
• Supervise sales teams and monitor performance
• Manage key customer relationships and distribution channels
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably, Dairy industry
• Experience in FMCG route-to-market sales
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven success in sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales forecasting and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with the Rift Valley market and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Remuneration: Ksh 45,000 - 50,000
