- Supervise and support a team of field sales representatives across assigned territories.
- Monitor daily sales activities, routes, and performance of the sales team.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds assigned sales targets.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report progress.
- Implement strategies to increase product sales and market share.
- Expand market penetration and distribution coverage within Nairobi.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability across all outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Address customer concerns and market feedback promptly.
- Support partners with product knowledge and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide regular sales and market reports to management.
- Recommend strategies to improve product positioning and sales performance.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG, preferably in diapers, sanitary products, or similar consumer goods.
- Proven experience managing and leading field sales teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies and distribution channels.
