On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, grow market share, and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned territories while ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.

ย  โ€ข Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet targets.
ย  โ€ข Develop and implement territory sales plans and strategies.
ย  โ€ข Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls with sales reps.
ย  โ€ข Track team performance using KPIs, sales reports, and pipelines.
ย  โ€ข Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
ย  โ€ข Manage key accounts and handle escalated customer issues.
ย  โ€ข Coordinate sales promotions and product launches with marketing teams.
ย  โ€ข Ensure compliance with pricing, credit, and company policies.
ย  โ€ข Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
ย  โ€ข Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

ย  โ€ข 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
ย  โ€ข Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
ย  โ€ข Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
ย  โ€ข Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities.
ย  โ€ข Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
ย  โ€ข Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
