On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, grow market share, and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned territories while ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.

ย โข Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet targets.

ย โข Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls with sales reps.
ย โข Track team performance using KPIs, sales reports, and pipelines.
ย โข Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
ย โข Manage key accounts and handle escalated customer issues.
ย โข Coordinate sales promotions and product launches with marketing teams.
ย โข Ensure compliance with pricing, credit, and company policies.
ย โข Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
ย โข Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

ย โข 3โ5 yearsโ sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

ย โข Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
ย โข Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities.
ย โข Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
ย โข Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
