About the Role

We are building a high-quality, managed sales support operation supporting UK-based businesses.
This role focuses on lead research, outbound outreach, appointment setting, CRM management and closing sales.


 

Key Responsibilities

· Research and qualify potential business leads

· Make outbound B2B calls to UK businesses

· Introduce client services clearly and professionally

· Ask qualifying questions and identify decision-makers

· Book appointments or next steps for clients

· Log all calls, notes, and outcomes accurately in CRM

· Follow approved scripts and sales SOPs

· Carry out follow-up calls and emails as required

· Work closely with QA and Team Leads to improve performance

 

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

· Previous experience in a call centre, sales support, or lead generation role

· Excellent spoken and written English

· Confident phone manner and professional tone

· Comfortable working with scripts and CRM systems

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes


Desirable:

· B2B sales or appointment setting experience

· Experience supporting UK, US, or EU clients

· Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM tools

 

Key Skills

· Outbound calling

· Lead qualification

· CRM data entry and accuracy

· Objection handling (basic)

· Time management

· Process-driven working
