Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Representatives to focus on the education sector. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with school principals over the phone, introduce our range of products, and effectively persuade them to place orders.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to school principals within assigned territories to promote our educational products.

2. Present product features and benefits to potential customers in a compelling manner.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers to drive sales growth.

4. Listen to customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their specific requirements.

5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to overall company objectives.

6. Keep accurate records of sales interactions and customer information using CRM software.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for penetrating the education market.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.


Requirements:

•  Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles, preferably in the education sector.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.

•  Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers over the phone.

•  Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.

•  Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.

•  High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.


Compensation: Kes 10,000 Plus Commission
