We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and reliable Sales Attendants to join our team in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets.
- Process customer transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked.
- Handle cash and reconcile daily sales.
- Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and general shop operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Work flexible shifts, including both day and night shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems is required.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Added Advantage
- Experience in insurance sales, fintech, or shop management will be an added advantage.
