Key Responsibilities
● Actively engage customers and provide excellent product knowledge and service.
● Promote and sell company products to walk-in and referred clients.
● Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales deals.
● Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
● Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
● Ensure proper display and presentation of products in the showroom.
● Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
● Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
● Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials, hardware, or interior décor industry.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation.
● Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
● For Ruiru position: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
