Sun Pharma is seeking a dynamic Second Line Manager (SLM) general line to drive flagship brand growth, strengthen market presence, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach first-line managers to deliver sales targets.
- Execute sales strategy and translate goals into actionable plans.
- Review KPIs and performance monthly with FLMs and PSRs.
- Build talent capability and support succession planning.
- Drive market expansion and distributor performance.
- Provide accurate forecasts (90%+ accuracy) and insights.
- Ensure compliance with Sun Pharma standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in science, Business, Marketing; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of progressive sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years as a Second Line Manager.
- Proven success managing managers and delivering growth.
- Strong leadership, analytics, communication, and business acumen.
