Job summary

 Diploma in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or related field.  Minimum of 5 years’ working in front office in a busy office environment.  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Job descriptions & requirements

·         Manage and organize office operations and administrative tasks

·         Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails

·         Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

·         Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and documents

·         Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic)

·         Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries

·         Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

·         Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and company events

·         Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

·         Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

·         Support management and other staff with administrative duties as require.
