Security Guards/Guardettes

Major Duties & Responsibilities:-

 

 

• Examine doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure.
• Inform and warn violators of rule instructions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Watch for and report irregularities, such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked
• sound alarm during fire outbreak and alert authorities of presence of unauthorized persons.
• Carryout regular patrols on foot, both inside and outside the assigned location, looking for suspicious or potentially dangerous behavior.
• Keep an OB of anything unusual or problematic event.

 

Job Requirements;

 

 

• Form IV certificate
• Valid original certificate of Good Conduct with copy of original finger prints must be filed on application (validity 6 months)
• Physically & medically fit
• K.C.S.E Certificate
• Must be a Kenyan citizen Age between 25 - 45yrs
• Height of 5.8' and above for men and 5.5' and above for ladies
• Must speak, read, and write English language
• 2-colored current passport size photographs.
• At least 2 reference letters and their photocopy of IDs plus their contacts to introduce you.
• Knowledge of other security operations will be an added advantage.
• NSSF Card.
• NHIF Card
• KRA PIN Card
• Letter from previous employer if any
• Letter of application for employment
• Recommendation letter from your rural area chief & of your current residence.
