JOB SUMMARY

Profile15+ years of professional experience mainly in the management of large construction projects including civil and MEP works. This experience consists mainly of assignments in a construction company and/or in project management. Significant experience in Africa is an asset.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts management.Ability to work on international tendering processes and technical-financial negotiations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Construction Project Manager who will be the representative of the Project Owner in the context of a project to build a logistics platform of more than 40,000sqm and associated yard and facilities.He/She will lead the different phases of the project by defending the interests of the project owner at each stage of the project:Overall project management: ensure the start of the work, its execution on time and on budget.Detailed design review.Monitoring of the authorizations necessary for the completion of the works and interaction with the various external (administrations, authorities, PMC) and internal stakeholders.Follow-up of tenders with the support of the PMC for the construction phaseWorks phase: project management, monitoring of the works, supervision of the PMC and coordination of the various stakeholders (contactors, project owner, authorities, etc.).Technical, administrative and financial management of the works contract(s), with the support of the PMC.Review of delivery phase and closing of punch list,Monitoring of commissioning phase
