Role Overview
NaCl Global, in partnership with US based organizations, is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to own analytics across talent operations, employer engagements, and business performance. This role goes beyond reporting—you will shape how data is collected, analyzed, and used to drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
· Analytics Ownership & Strategy
· Define and maintain core KPIs across the talent lifecycle (applications, vetting, placements, retention)
· Design analytical frameworks to evaluate hiring quality and time-to-fill
· Partner with leadership to answer strategic and operational questions using data
· Advanced Data Analysis & Modeling
· Perform deep analysis of candidate pipelines, employer demand, and placement outcomes
· Build financial and operational models to support pricing, margin analysis, and growth planning
· Identify trends and anomalies that impact performance, quality, or cost
· Dashboards & Reporting
· Build executive-level dashboards for internal teams and external stakeholders
· Automate recurring reports for operations, leadership, and partners
· Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights
· Data Infrastructure & Governance
· Improve data structure across Airtable, spreadsheets, or databases
· Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation
· Support integrations between Webflow, CRM, ATS, and reporting tools
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to improve workflows using data
· Support grant reporting, investor updates, and partner reporting
· Mentor junior analysts or operations staff on data best practices (as the team grows)
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
· 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business analytics roles
· Advanced proficiency in:
o Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivots, scenario analysis)
o SQL (writing complex queries, joins, aggregations)
· Experience building dashboards and reports for leadership
· Strong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
· Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
o Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
o Experience with HR, staffing, marketplace, or talent platforms
o Python or R for data analysis and automation
o Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
o Familiarity with no-code tools (Airtable, Zapier, Make) and modern data stacks
o Experience working with remote or distributed teams
