- KCSE mean grade D (plain) or equivalent
- Valid driving license, PSV certificate, Occupational Trade Test Grade I, Defensive driving certificate, Certificate of Good Conduct, First Aid certificate (≥1 week)
- Demonstrated merit and ability
- 12 years’ experience (3 at Senior Driver II or similar)
