Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with solid experience working in a fast-paced marketing /creative agency and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual abilities, outstanding visual design skills, and a proven track record of producing impactful work across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. This position requires leadership, creativity, and the ability to manager multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

2. 5+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a marketing or creative agency.

3. Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and high-level design work.

4. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is an added advantage).

5. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

6. Experience with UI/UX or motion graphics is an added advantage.

7. Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

8. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the execution of creative concepts, ensuring high-quality visual output across all

projects.

2. Develop and design engaging content for digital campaigns, social media, branding, print materials, and multimedia.

3. Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and the marketing team to understand client briefs and deliver creative solutions.

4. Supervise, mentor, and provide creative direction to junior designers.

5. Present design concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and clients.

6. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and quality standards.

8. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices within the creative industry.

9. Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, production teams) when necessary.
