JOB SUMMARY
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar fieldMinimum five (5) years’ experience in general HR management in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural situationsProven ability to handle challenging work loadCross-cultural experience, understanding and sensitivity;The Must-Haves:Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with HR data and metricsExcellent project coordination skills—you can juggle multiple workstreams, keep stakeholders aligned, and deliver to deadlineMeticulous attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger strategic pictureExperience working in multi-country or matrix HR environmentsOutstanding communication skills—you can explain complex information clearly to diverse audiencesProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort learning new HR systemsWhat Will Set You Apart:Experience building HR dashboards or reporting frameworksBackground in policy review, handbook development, or HR complianceExposure to employee relations case managementCultural intelligence and ability to navigate different regional contextsA proactive, solutions-focused approach—you see problems before they escalate
RESPONSIBILITIES
Transform HR Data into Strategic InsightsLead the rollout of global People & Culture dashboards that give leadership the insights they need to make better decisionsCoordinate data collection across Country Offices, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely deliverySpot trends, flag issues, and translate complex data into clear, actionable intelligence for HRBPs and senior leadersDrive Global Handbook HarmonizationTake end-to-end ownership of our employee handbook alignment project—a critical initiative touching every employee globallyManage the delicate balance between global consistency and local adaptation, tracking deviations and ensuring nothing falls through the cracksAct as the central coordination point for Country Offices, keeping the project on track and escalating risks before they become problemsStrengthen People & Culture DeliveryCoordinate implementation of employee engagement initiatives, talent management programs, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) across regionsEnsure initiatives don't just launch—they land well, with clear tracking and measurable progressSupport Employee Relations ExcellenceBring structure to ER case management through robust tracking, documentation, and timeline managementSupport fact-finding and investigation processes where your skills align, working closely with HRBPs
