JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications and experienceAn earned PhD degree or equivalent in Health Information Management or a related field from an accredited and recognized universityMaster’s Degree in Health Information Management or a related field from an accredited and recognized universityAt least three (3) years of teaching/research experience at the university level as a LecturerAccumulated at least six equivalent publication points as a LecturerSupervised at least four (4) postgraduate students as a Lecturer.Evidence of applying for a grant either individually or as a group since being appointed as Lecturer.Evidence of good quality teaching.Evidence of attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars or workshopsBeen registered by the Health Records and Information Managers Board
