On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare provider, we are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to provide strategic leadership by elevating the hospital’s brand and drive patient acquisition within the specialized field of oncology. Reporting directly to the CEO/Head of Operations, The role holder will lead a multidisciplinary team of 2–6 people to execute data-driven campaigns spanning digital platforms, physician outreach, and community education. This role requires a sophisticated marketer who can navigate the sensitivities of cancer care including radiation, medical oncology, and palliative care to build trust with patients and referral networks.

Academic
& Professional Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum
5–7 years marketing experience, at least 2 years in
healthcare/hospital or
- allied medical services (oncology/hospital experience strongly preferred).
Technical
Skills
- Proven
team management experience (leading a small team).
- Strong
digital marketing skills (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram,
analytics),
- excellent copywriting and content skills.
Responsibilities
& Requirements
- Develop
and execute an annual marketing & communications plan aligned to
the hospital’s strategic goals (brand awareness, patient
referrals, physician outreach,
- screening camps, awareness
drives).
- Lead
digital marketing: website content, SEO/SEM, social media, email
campaigns, online reputation management and paid campaigns.
- Plan
and deliver community & patient education programmes and
outreach (screening, survivor stories, public talks).
- Build
and manage relationships with referral networks (clinicians, private
clinics,
- corporates, insurance partners).
- Oversee
PR, media relations, crisis communications and patient
testimony/case studies.
- Manage
marketing budget and external vendors (creative agencies, media
houses).
- Track
and report marketing KPIs (referral sources, conversion rates, cost
per acquisition, website traffic, campaign ROI).
- Coach,
mentor and line-manage marketing staff; set objectives and conduct
performance reviews.
- Work with clinical leaders to design patient-centered campaigns and to ensure clinical accuracy in communications.
