1. Cross-Channel Campaign Coordination
● Coordinate campaigns across digital, social, content, CRM, radio, television, and referral channels.
● Maintain the shared marketing calendar, including offers, audiences, timing, deliverables, and owners.
● Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate delivery with specialists and agencies.
● Ensure messaging and offers are consistent across all channels.
● Track implementation, deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
● Document campaign results and lessons learned.
2. Marketing Analytics and Reporting
● Consolidate performance data from digital, offline, social, CRM, and app channels.
● Track registrations, applications, approvals, disbursements, conversions, and acquisition costs.
● Interpret attribution results and highlight relevant limitations.
● Identify the channels and campaigns driving customers and disbursed loans.
● Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the CMO and COO/Director.
● Recommend corrective actions for underperforming activities.
3. Offline Media and Agency Coordination
● Prepare briefs for radio, television, production, and other media agencies.
● Coordinate schedules, placements, materials, and delivery deadlines.
● Monitor performance by channel, station, placement, and campaign period.
● Negotiate proposed placements and rates within approved parameters.
● Compare agency proposals and recommend preferred options.
● Verify delivery and escalate poor performance or service failures.
4. Local Market and Customer Insights
● Monitor competitors, customer trends, media usage, and digital lending developments.
● Review app-store feedback, social media sentiment, and customer comments.
● Coordinate customer surveys and other approved research activities.
● Collect customer testimonials and case studies with appropriate consent.
● Identify recurring customer concerns and communication gaps.
● Provide regular market and competitor updates to management.
5. Marketing Content Coordination
● Coordinate banners, videos, radio scripts, social posts, SMS, push notifications, and app content.
● Prepare clear briefs for content specialists, agencies, and designers.
● Review materials for consistency, accuracy, local relevance, and brand alignment.
● Ensure required approvals are completed before publication.
● Maintain records of approved materials and final campaign content.
● Coordinate content production with campaign and media timelines.
6. Marketing Compliance and Approvals
● Coordinate campaign review with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and other stakeholders.
● Ensure offers, pricing, product conditions, and claims are accurate.
● Check alignment with Company policies, platform rules, and applicable requirements.
● Maintain evidence of approvals and final campaign materials.
● Escalate regulatory, reputational, customer-treatment, or platform-policy risks.
● Ensure expired or withdrawn offers are removed promptly.
7. MarTech, AdTech and AI Adoption
● Evaluate tools that improve attribution, reporting, analysis, and campaign delivery.
● Support use of MMPs, GA4, Firebase, AppFollow, ASO, and approved platforms.
● Identify practical uses of AI and automation in marketing workflows.
● Coordinate testing and implementation of approved tools.
● Document expected benefits, risks, and implementation results.
● Monitor adoption and impact on efficiency and decision-making.
8. App Store, Ratings and Reputation Support
● Monitor app-store ratings, reviews, sentiment, and recurring concerns.
● Support approved review-solicitation activities.
● Link rating trends with product, campaign, service, and customer data.
● Coordinate responses with Product, Operations, Customer Service, and Content.
● Escalate significant negative trends or reputation risks.
● Track key issues and actions taken.
9. Marketing Operating Rhythm
● Prepare and maintain the weekly marketing plan.
● Provide accurate updates for regular marketing and business meetings.
● Keep shared communication channels updated with campaign status.
● Track agreed actions, owners, and deadlines.
● Coordinate inputs from specialists, agencies, Data, Risk, and Product.
● Escalate delayed decisions, conflicting priorities, and material risks.
