SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (INTERIORS & FIT-OUT)

KEY REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• 5–10+ years proven experience in interior design and fit-out projects
• Strong background in both design and construction execution
• Academic qualification in:

    * Interior Design

    * Construction Management

    * or related field

• Demonstrated experience handling high-end residential or commercial interiors
• Ability to interpret and execute from technical drawings and BOQs
• Strong leadership in managing site teams, subcontractors, and timelines

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead full project lifecycle from design coordination to final delivery
• Ensure execution aligns with approved designs, quality standards, and timelines
• Coordinate between design team, QS, procurement, and site teams
• Drive accountability on site and ensure structured reporting
• Maintain high standards in finishes, detailing, and workmanship

COMPENSATION

• Salary: KSh 70,000 per month
