Senior Sales Executive
Job summary
This role is primarily about converting sales interactions into actual sales as well as organizing high-level corporate procurement events that convert those audiences into SaaS clients. If you enjoy selling in B2B settings as well as coordinating professional fora and mobilizing senior decision-makers— this role is for you.

The Senior Sales Executive role in this company will be as follows:
Responsibilities
SaaS Sales Conversion (Primary Responsibility)
- Create and identify suitable leads
- Follow up and professionally close leads
- Conduct system demos of SRM eProcurement.
- Follow up event attendees.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets.
Meeting sales targets will be your core responsibility
Event Strategy & Execution (Secondary Responsibility)
You will:
- Organize procurement breakfast forums, seminars, webinars & CPD events.
- Attract Heads of Procurement, Finance Directors, Supply Chain Managers.
- Coordinate speakers, venues, invitations, follow-ups.
- Build a strong database of procurement professionals.
- Ensure every event generates qualified business leads.
Event quality and attendance will be your secondary KPI.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- ü Has 5–7 years’ experience in B2B sales
- ü Has a Marketing/Business degree
- ü Is confident engaging senior executives
- ü Is organized, structured and detail-oriented
- ü Has exposure to selling SAAS
- ü Is commercially driven
- ü Is comfortable working full-time on-site in Nairobi
Experience in procurement, SaaS or corporate event management is an added advantage.
