Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell company land properties to prospective clients and investors.
- Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, field marketing, and property exhibition
- Follow up on inquiries promptly and maintain consistent communication with prospective clients
- Conduct site visits and land inspections with clients to showcase available properties.
- Explain land features, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, title documentation, and investment opportunities to clients.
- Negotiate and close land sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance expectations as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Participate in company marketing campaigns, roadshows, property expos, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Assist clients throughout the purchase process, including documentation, payment follow-up, and ownership transfer procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a positive representation of the company at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Must have proven experience in land sales.
- Prior experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of land sales processes, including site visits, pricing, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and mobile/digital communication tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and manage multiple clients effectively
