Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, relationship-oriented Sales Executives to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, well-presented, and skilled in consultative selling within the ICT or technology sector.
This role requires a professional who can engage decision-makers, understand business challenges, and position tailored technology solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  1. Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients
  2. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  3. Conduct client meetings and solution presentations
  4. Close deals and consistently achieve revenue targets


Account Management

  1. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  2. Upsell and cross-sell ICT solutions
  3. Ensure exceptional customer experience and follow-up


Sales Operations

  1. Prepare proposals and quotations
  2. Maintain CRM records and activity reports
  3. Provide market intelligence and competitor insights


Qualifications & Experience

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in ICT, Telecom, or B2B solution sales
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. High emotional intelligence and client engagement ability
  6. Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented
