Job Summary

To resolve all technical issues on site, handle customers’ related concerns and carry out routine maintenance and repairs of parking and network infrastructure.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

·         Offload the money cassettes from the automated pay station and deliver them to the operations assistant in the control room.

·         Load the pay stations with change cassettes

·         Load the entry devices with tickets/ChipCoins

·         Load the pay stations with receipt rolls

·         Address and resolve any technical errors that may occur at the field devices, power and network infrastructure

·         Daily cleaning of the field devices

·         Daily recording and reporting on all technical related issues and areas

·         Timely escalation of unresolved system support issues

·         Daily count of ChipCoins/Tickets

·         Preparation of Daily Return Form

·         Provide help desk services to customers – assistance over the intercom, furnish customers with parking related information and generally attending to customers’ needs and support requests

·         Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of the parking equipment and network infrastructure

·         Safe custody of front office cash

·         Safe custody of assets, stock and consumables on sites

·         Training of new staff on site

·         Adhere to the Standard Operations Procedures and Customer Service Manual

·         Proper shift handover and recording

·         Participation in scheduled equipment maintenance

·         Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time


Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum of 6 months – 1year experience in technical works.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, civil Engineering, IT or equivalent
  • Possesses basic knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing machine malfunctions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Skills in electrical and electronics system settings and implementation
