SITE SUPERVISOR – NAIROBI

Salary: KES 100,000 Gross

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards are maintained, and provide regular project updates to management.

Key Responsibilities

 Report site performance and progress to top management.

 Detect construction defects and recommend corrective actions.

 Examine construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

 Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors.

 Track contractor and subcontractor progress and provide updates to the Construction Manager.

 Prepare and share daily summarized reports with photographs to the designated technical communication channel.

 Ensure compliance with building regulations, health, and safety standards.

 Prepare comprehensive monthly construction progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

 Proven experience supervising construction projects and teams.

 Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.

 Knowledge of building regulations and health and safety requirements.

 Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
