We are a growing real estate firm based in Parklands, Nairobi, specializing in property sales, rentals, and property management. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media / Digital Marketer to enhance our brand presence online and drive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copywriting for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for ROI
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence and reputation
• Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters for lead generation
• Monitor trends in digital marketing and real estate industry to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with sales and property teams to support promotions and property launches
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance and KPIs
• Respond to online inquiries and engage with prospective clients
• Optimize website content for SEO and user experience

Qualifications & Education
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO are an advantage

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
• Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with social media advertising, analytics, and management tools

Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Ability to develop digital marketing campaigns that drive leads and conversions
• Analytical skills to measure, interpret, and optimize campaign performance
• Time management and ability to work independently
• Creativity and innovation in marketing approaches
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
