Job summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage social media accounts, develop engaging content, and execute digital strategies that grow brand visibility, engagement, and leads for our clients. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on content creation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Create engaging content — posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads) to drive growth and engagement.
• Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Track and report KPIs including followers, engagement rates, and content reach.
• Stay updated with Kenyan trends, digital tools, and social media best practices.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
• Strong content creation skills (visuals, captions, short videos).
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, InShot.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and creative communication skills.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, and campaign performance tracking.
