GREENFOODS AGRI is a fast-growing agribusiness and food processing company serving both local and international markets. We are building a strong, credible, and commercially effective brand—and we’re now bringing our social media and content marketing fully in-house.

We are looking for a creative, disciplined, and commercially minded Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take full ownership of our digital presence and help translate content into real business impact.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, marketing execution, and sales enablement.

 

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This is not a posting role.

You will:

- Own GREENFOODS AGRI’s brand voice and content across all social platforms

- Help drive inbound inquiries, distributor interest, and sales conversations

- Work closely with senior leadership and sales teams

- Lead the transition from an outsourced agency to a fully in-house function

You will start with a structured 3-month overlap and handover from our current agency, after which you will take full ownership of all social media channels and content execution.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Content Strategy & Planning

- Plan and execute monthly content and campaign calendars aligned with business and sales priorities

- Translate sales goals, product focus, and seasonal opportunities into content ideas

- Continuously refine strategy using performance data

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

- Create high-quality posts, reels, short-form videos, stories, and carousels

- Tell authentic stories around products, operations, certifications, and customers

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

Platform Ownership

Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Alibaba

- Daily posting and scheduling

- Community management and engagement

- Platform-specific optimization and trend adoption

Marketing Campaigns & Sales Support

- Design and execute content-led marketing campaigns

- Support inbound lead generation via social, WhatsApp, and website

- Align content with active offers, target customers, and inventory priorities

- Support paid social campaigns focused on leads and conversions

Analytics & Performance Tracking

- Track and report engagement, growth, campaign performance, and inbound inquiries

- Use insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness 

On-Site Coverage & Collaboration

- Capture content at factory operations, launches, and key events

- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and operations teams

 

OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY

- Act as the single owner of GREENFOODS AGRI’s social media presence

- Be accountable for content quality, consistency, and campaign execution

- Success measured by engagement metrics and inbound business impact

 

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Consistent, high-quality content across platforms

- Growing and engaged audiences

- Clear contribution to inbound inquiries, distributor interest, and sales conversations

- Smooth transition from agency to in-house social media

- Strong, professional brand presence

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing Executive

- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

- Solid understanding of social media algorithms and performance marketing

- Organized, disciplined, and independent

- Comfortable working with senior leadership and sales teams

- Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, food processing, or premium industrial brands is advantageous.
