Reports To: Business Owner / Marketing Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence and drive engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and posting content daily, engaging with customers, and following up on orders and client inquiries.
This role requires someone who is confident, outspoken, welcoming, and highly interactive, with a strong passion for social media and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
• Create and post daily engaging content (images, videos, reels, captions) across social media platforms
• Promote company products consistently to drive brand awareness and sales
• Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages
• Follow up on orders, leads, and client inquiries to ensure conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers online
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues where necessary
Marketing & Growth
• Develop and execute basic social media marketing strategies
• Identify trends and create content that drives engagement
• Support promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches
• Monitor performance of posts and suggest improvements
Administrative Support
• Maintain records of orders and customer interactions
• Coordinate with sales or operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong experience in content creation (photos, videos, reels)
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and marketing tools
• Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and welcoming personality
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is an added advantage

Additional Requirements
