Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong experience in content creation to grow and manage our presence across key social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is confident in creating and sharing engaging content, is comfortable showcasing both our work and their own creative portfolio, and understands how to build communities and drive engagement across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or X(Twitter).
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (videos, graphics, captions, reels, and stories) across social media platforms
• Develop platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Be open to sharing and promoting both company work and personal creative work aligned with brand guidelines
Social Media Strategy & Growth
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Grow audience engagement, followers, and brand visibility organically
• Monitor trends and adapt content to match current social media dynamics
Community Management
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Build and maintain a strong online community
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight campaigns, events, and success stories
Performance Tracking
• Track and analyze content performance and engagement metrics
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach and performance
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
• Strong hands-on experience in content creation (video and visual content)
• Experience managing and growing social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and insights
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency
