Booking and discovery of stylists and salons

Role Overview
This role is primarily focused on Social Media Marketing (70%), with additional responsibility for mirron’s marketing operations and back-office support (30%).

You will work closely with internal teams, creators, influencers, salons, and external partners to execute both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing (Approx. 70%)
Manage and operate social media accounts
(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms such as Sora)
Plan and execute content calendars and posting schedules
Collaborate with external influencers and content creators
Support influencer campaigns from planning to execution
Utilize AI tools for:
Content creation
Account operations
Marketing optimization
Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, views, follower growth)
Continuously improve content and strategy based on insights and trends
2. mirron Marketing & Operations (Approx. 30%)
Support mirron’s back-office and daily operations
Manage booking-related tasks and basic coordination
Handle coupon and point management
Assist in planning and executing physical / offline events
Coordinate with external partners, salons, and collaborators
Support ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks as the project scales

Required Skills & Experience
1–3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Strong understanding of Kenyan and African social media culture
Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok
Experience working with influencers or creators
Good English communication skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both marketing and operations
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools for content or marketing
Experience with offline events or community-based marketing
