Job Description/Requirements


● Content Strategy and Calendar Management:

○ Develop and manage a comprehensive content/editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content.

○ Collaborate with content creators to generate high-quality content aligned with relevant keywords and industry trends.

● Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

○ Monitor and enhance organic search engine performance, setting goals based on metrics such as clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.

○ Implement strategies to improve the company's visibility in search engine results.

● Email Marketing:

○ Manage and execute various email campaigns, including template design, calls-to-action, and content for quarterly sends.

○ Craft compelling product content to communicate the benefits of our offerings.

● Lead Generation and Collaboration:

○ Share lead details with the sales team for further action and maintain open communication to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

○ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.

● Paid Campaign Management:

○ Develop and execute strategies for all paid campaigns, ensuring optimal setup and performance.

○ Analyze campaign data to refine and optimize future campaigns.

● Social Media Management:

○ Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence on key platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

○ Create and curate engaging content to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.


• Degree or Diploma in marketing or business related filed from a recognised institution

• Proven experience in social media/ digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

• Proficient in email marketing tools and strategies.

• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
