DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception Duties:

· Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.

· Manage bookings and appointment schedules (in-person, phone, WhatsApp).

· Handle incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

· Process payments and issue receipts.

· Maintain client records and provide excellent customer service.

Social Media Marketing:

· Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, captions) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

· Grow online presence and engagement through consistent and creative posting.

· Promote services, offers, and events to attract new and repeat customers.

· Monitor trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.

· Respond to online inquiries and messages in a timely manner.

· Take quality photos/videos of work done by stylists for online use.

· Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing campaigns.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (receptionist or digital marketing)

· Basic knowledge of beauty and wellness services is a plus

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Good eye for design and social media trends

· Ability to use social media tools/apps (Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

· Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively

· Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
