Key Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content using Canva and other design tools.

Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.

Assist with day-to-day social media management and audience engagement.

Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.

Assist in developing content calendars and social media campaigns.

Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare simple reports.

Support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and visibility.

Assist with other marketing and content-related tasks as required.

Requirements

Basic knowledge and hands-on experience using Canva.

Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar platforms.

Good understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with good attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Education & Experience

Certificate, Diploma, or undergraduate student in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Previous internship experience is an added advantage.

Experience managing a personal social media page, business page, school project, or personal content portfolio is highly encouraged.

Candidates with a portfolio of Canva designs, videos, social media posts, or other creative work will have an added advantage.
