Key Responsibilities
Product & Software Development
• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of our mobile and web application, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
• Manage software development teams, QA engineers, and third-party technology vendors.
• Oversee product roadmaps, sprint planning, release schedules, and development budgets.
• Ensure every release meets high standards for functionality, security, performance, and user experience.
• Coordinate quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing before deployment.
• Continuously improve product functionality based on user feedback and business priorities.
Creative & Brand Management
• Oversee the development of creative assets for the application, marketing campaigns, and corporate branding.
• Maintain consistency across all digital and offline brand touchpoints.
• Work closely with designers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, and creative agencies to deliver high-quality visual content.
• Review and approve all creative materials to ensure alignment with the company's brand identity.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Growth
• Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Grow brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Plan and manage content calendars, digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on insights and KPIs.
Leadership & Project Management
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Build, mentor, and coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide regular progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading software development projects, preferably consumer-facing mobile or marketplace applications.
• Demonstrated experience managing software engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience developing and executing successful digital marketing and social media growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience launching a mobile application from concept to market.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Linear, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and customer-centric product development.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, digital advertising platforms, and growth marketing techniques.
