Job Summary
Timecon Kenya Limited is looking for a qualified graduate to fill a Software Engineer role.
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or any other related field
• At least 6 months working experience in a programming related field
• MUST have the ability to develop using C# programming language
• Ability to develop using programming tools such as VB.NET, Visual Studio, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, AngularJS, ASP.NET, XML, CSS3, Razor, JSON, Bootstrap
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as: SQL server, Oracle
• Working knowledge of automated testing script languages e.g. Selenium
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and DevOps services
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (e.g. JSF, Wicket, Spring MVC, GWT, MVC)
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial systems will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Self-driven and ability to take initiative
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
