- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for software products and solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
- Clearly explain software features, benefits, and value propositions
- Customize pitches based on client industry and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support sales efforts
- Contribute to sales strategies and improvement of sales processes
- Participate in campaigns, events, and product launches
- Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of software or IT-related products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Results-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Good understanding of software/IT solutions
