DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for software products and solutions
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction

Product Presentation & Demonstration
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
  • Clearly explain software features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Customize pitches based on client industry and requirements

Sales Reporting & Market Feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Collaboration & Strategy Execution
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support sales efforts
  • Contribute to sales strategies and improvement of sales processes
  • Participate in campaigns, events, and product launches

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of software or IT-related products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Results-driven with a strong sales mindset
  • Good understanding of software/IT solutions
