JOB TITLE: SOFTWARE SALES EXECUTIVES

NATURE OF JOB:  FULL TIME

JOB LOCATION: WESTLANDS


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients across target industries
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline


Sales & Client Engagement

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers
  • Understand client business needs and recommend suitable software solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals


Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide after-sales follow-up and coordinate with technical teams during implementation
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities


Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and product improvements


Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience in SaaS, integrated software solutions, or technology-related field preferred
  • Experience selling CRM, POS, HRM, or ERP systems is a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to sell to senior-level executives and decision-makers
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
