DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients across target industries
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable software solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide after-sales follow-up and coordinate with technical teams during implementation
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
- Provide feedback to management on client needs and product improvements
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience
- Experience in SaaS, integrated software solutions, or technology-related field preferred
- Experience selling CRM, POS, HRM, or ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to sell to senior-level executives and decision-makers
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
