POSITION OVERVIEW.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for developing sales pitches to sell company’s products and services. He /She is also responsible for to driving sales and revenue growth for the organization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Customer Acquisition & retention:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
● Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
● Ensure successful deal closures while maximizing value for the company.
● Maintain strong relationships with key clients and address their needs effectively.
● Ensures resolution of customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
● Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the product & service offered.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Revenue Generation
● Manage and achieve sales revenue targets that are set by the company
Reporting
● Provide the relevant sales reports as may be needed from time to time by sales manager.
● Reporting customers concerns on the company’s product for improvement if need be.
Compliance and Ethics
● Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
● Promote ethical conduct and maintain the company's reputation.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Revenue Achieved.
- Monthly inventory recorded-400.
- Lead response time.
- Timely, error free sales reporting as may be required from time to time.
Minimum Requirements & Key Skills:
● Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business Management, marketing, or a related field
● Professional Sales Certifications: Certifications such as CPSA or equivalent are highly regarded.
● 2-3 years working experience in Software solutions sales.
● Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
● Industry-specific knowledge, if applicable.
● Have an ability to influence and collaborate with a cross functional team
● Confidence to interact at all levels of the organization
● Personal drive with a sense of urgency and an ability to demonstrate strong commitment to managing initiatives to a successful conclusion
● Good use of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint Office suite.
