Position Overview
The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining sanitation standards and supporting efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Clean food preparation areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
- Organize kitchen equipment and storage areas.
- Support food preparation activities.
- Receive and store cleaning supplies.
- Replenish cleaning materials.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Support catering teams during service.
- Maintain sanitation records where required.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- KCSE Certificate Minimum.
- Food Handling Certificate.
- Hospitality Experience Preferred.
