Salary  Range  :  25K-30K.

Job Summary

The Store Keeper oversees the daily operations of the storage facility. This includes receiving incoming shipments, inspecting goods for damage, organizing inventory for easy retrieval, keeping immaculate digital tracking records, and preparing materials for distribution to internal teams or external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Unload incoming shipments, cross-check delivered items against purchase orders or invoices, and visually inspect goods for any defects or damage.
  
• Maintain precise records of stock levels using digital inventory software. Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile them with system data.
  
• Label, sort, and organize items onto shelves, racks, or pallets according to company safety standards and accessibility logic .
  
• Pick, pack, and issue stock items or materials to authorized personnel or departments, ensuring all paperwork (goods issuance notes) is properly signed off.
  
•  Monitor stock levels proactively and notify the purchasing or procurement department when inventory falls below minimum thresholds to prevent supply shortages.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment within the storeroom. Enforce strict security protocols to prevent theft, loss, or damage to company property.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  
• Diploma or equivalent  in supply chain management, logistics.
  
• Prior experience working in a warehouse, storeroom, retail inventory room, or distribution center.
  

• 
  
• Solid basic math skills for counting inventory. Proficiency with inventory management software, barcode scanners, and basic spreadsheet programs (Excel).
  
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy packages , and safely operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks..
  
• High accuracy in data entry and item verification to catch discrepancies before they impact operations.
