JOB SUMMARY

MUST HAVEBachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Public relations/Communication from a recognized institution.Computer literacy.Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in a comparable position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent Equip Africa Institute in targeting visits to potential clients to speak to individuals and groups to promote outreach activitiesDevelop, coordinate and deliver outreach programs and marketing strategies, arranges visits and tours for prospective students and parentsAct as the focal contact person for internal coordination of Institute student recruitment and enrollment processesDevelop promotional materials and information from the Institute and educational programsPrepares reports and proposals regarding recruitment and outreach activities, and responds to inquiries from studentsCreate packages, monitor and distribute resource materials for student recruitment and retention programsDevelops mentorship programs and analyzes trends in recruitment and retention for Equip Africa InstituteCarry out any other duties as may be assigned by the departmental head or the Institute Management
