Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

· Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.

· Allocate tasks and oversee the performance of production staff.

· Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.

· Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

· Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

· Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.

· Promote workplace discipline, safety, and teamwork.

· Coordinate with management on production planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production supervision role.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Good understanding of production processes and quality control.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· High level of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
