Systems Support Staff
Main responsibilities include:
•Configuration of Linux-based Api's on data tablets and mobile devices.
•Update web-content and develop new articles for client’s websites.
•Supervising Data collection, Data entry and transaction reversals for Micro-finance/core banking, Business point of sale and E-learning systems.
•Installing and configuring clients computer hardware operating systems and applications;
•Monitoring and maintaining clients computer systems and networks;
•Taking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
•Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
•Replacing parts as required;
•Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
•Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
•Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
Personal Attributes.
•Technology-conscious and able to use Data analysis Tablets and Linux Obuntu operating system.
•Motivated Kenyan able to work long hours and with minimum supervision.
•Must be able to multitask and operate with different platforms and operating systems.
Academic Qualifications
•University degree/advanced diploma in IT, Computer Science,B.com,BBIT Or Telecom Engineering.
•Sufficient knowledge in mysql database, Java,php,javascript,ajax or JSP.
•Basic network configuration skills.
Salary.
38,000-45,000 Per Month.
