ProfileMaster's degree in human resources management / Minimum of 6 years' experience in Talent Management, Learning & DevelopmentStrong expertise in recruitment, talent development, coaching and mentoring across the talent lifecycleExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsGood understanding of workforce planning and HR analyticsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager East Africa and part of the Human Resources function, the Talent Manager plays a key role in supporting the company's growth by attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.Lead the recruitment of senior and critical roles, while building strong talent pipelines and driving effective attraction and selection strategiesDesign and implement talent development initiatives, including learning programs, career paths, competency frameworks and digital learning solutionsDrive leadership development and succession planning, including the identification and development of high-potential employeesManage the performance management cycle and support managers through goal setting, feedback and coachingEnhance employee engagement, retention and organizational culture, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiativesContribute to competitive compensation practices and manage key external partnerships (universities, agencies, training providers), including employer branding activities
