TAX MANAGER
Job summary
To Lead tax compliance, planning and governance for Betika and its affiliates. Manage tax computations, returns, payments and audits; advise on regulatory changes and tax risks; and engage tax authorities and external advisors to deliver compliant, efficient tax solutions aligned with business objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax strategy, compliance, planning and governance across the Group. The role will oversee domestic and cross-border tax matters, provide strategic advice to business leaders and coordinate with country finance teams to ensure compliance, manage tax risks and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Group-wide tax strategies, policies and governance standards.
- Oversee accurate and timely tax computations, returns, payments and reconciliations across Group entities.
- Manage international tax and transfer pricing matters, including intercompany transactions and related documentation.
- Advise on the tax implications of market entry, investments, financing, contracts and business initiatives.
- Oversee current and deferred tax calculations, tax provisions and disclosures for entity and Group reporting.
- Coordinate tax audits, assessments and disputes, working with tax authorities, Legal and external advisors.
- Monitor regulatory changes across operating jurisdictions and guide the implementation of compliance requirements, including applicable betting, gaming and excise taxes.
- Strengthen tax controls, systems and reporting processes, while building tax capability within country finance teams.
- Manage the tax function’s budget and support Group tax forecasting and cash flow planning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a business-related field.
- CPA-K or ACCA certification and membership with ICPAK or ACCA UK.
- Training in international taxation and transfer pricing.
- At least five years’ relevant experience, with a strong focus on tax compliance, planning and advisory.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating tax matters across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Practical experience in international tax, transfer pricing, tax accounting and managing tax audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and ERP systems.
- Experience in betting, gaming or another highly regulated industry would be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to coordinate delivery across markets and influence teams without direct reporting authority.
