Kidspire Kenya is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teacher to support learning across our schools in Posta and Olmoran. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling Early Childhood and Lower Primary levels (Grades 1–3) and is committed to nurturing learners in line with Kidspire Kenya’s values and learner-centered approach.

Employment Type: Full-time
Duty Stations: Posta (Rumuruti–Maralal Road) and Olmoran (Land of Hope School)
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for Early Childhood and Lower Primary learners
• Manage classes of approximately 20 learners
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Support learners’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Assess learner progress and maintain accurate academic records
• Collaborate effectively with other teachers and school administration
• Communicate professionally with parents/guardians when required
Qualifications & Requirements
• Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) and/or Primary Education
• Experience teaching Early Childhood and/or Lower Primary (Grades 1–3)
• Ability and willingness to work in either Posta or Olmoran
• Residing within or near the duty station is an added advantage
• TSC registration is an added advantage
