Remuneration & Benefits:
Monthly Earnings (Basic Salary + KPI Performance Bonus + Sales Commission):
* KES 23,000 + 2%–4% commission – For candidates with no prior experience selling construction or industrial products.
* KES 28,000 + 2%–4% commission – For candidates with experience selling construction, industrial, engineering, or related products.
* KES 30,000+ + 2%–4% commission – For Best performing candidates with proven sales experience in selling construction, industrial, engineering, or related products.
Growth Potential:
Total monthly earnings can exceed KES 100,000+ through a combination of salary, KPI bonuses, and commissions, particularly after building a strong client portfolio and consistently achieving sales targets for 6months and above.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated and ambitious Technical Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, engineers, and distributors.
* Promote and market Kirin’s range of DWC and HDPE pipes and related solutions.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations tailored to client requirements.
* Follow up on inquiries and projects to support business conversion and customer satisfaction.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
* Prepare regular sales and market intelligence reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, industrial products, engineering solutions, or related sectors.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships and opportunities effectively.
* Understanding of the construction and infrastructure industry is an added advantage.
* Experience selling HDPE pipes, DWC pipes, or related products will be highly advantageous.
* Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
