TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (BAKING)

Location: Nairobi (and surrounding regions)

Monthly Retainer: Ksh. 50,000 (subject to statutory deductions)

About the Role

Nexus Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client in the baking industry for Technical Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in baking technology who can combine technical expertise with sales skills to grow customer relationships and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell baking products to bakeries and food production clients

· Provide technical guidance and demonstrations on baking processes and product usage

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

· Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records

· Travel regularly to client sites and markets

Requirements

· Certificate in Baking Technology from a recognized training institute
(with strong emphasis on fine baking of cakes, pastries, and bread)

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a thriving baking environment

· Strong understanding of baking processes and product applications

· Valid Driving Licence

· Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Remuneration

· Commission: 1% of paid sales (net of VAT) per month

· Unlimited earning potential based on performance
