Telesale Representative (3 Positions Available)

Pharmaceutical Wholesale / Distribution

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of telesales experience specifically within a pharmaceutical wholesaler or distributor.

• Proven ability to generate a minimum of KES 200,000 in sales per day, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

• Highly motivated, target-driven and confident in prospecting, negotiating and closing sales over the phone.

• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical wholesale market and established professional relationships with pharmacies, chemists and other relevant customers.

• Preferably recently exited a pharmaceutical wholesale telesales role, so their market knowledge and professional customer relationships remain current.

• Able to build a strong customer portfolio quickly and generate meaningful sales with minimal ramp-up time.

• Strong record of customer acquisition, repeat business, customer retention and portfolio growth.
